People gotta realise that disciplining your children and speaking with a harsh tone is necessary. It's not to intimidate or scare them, its to show them your not mucking around. If you try discpline them in a sing song baby voice it wont work

You can be a gentle parent whiles still being assertive. Raising your tone every so often is not a bad thing. You dont have to be aggressive just stand ground for rude kids. Yall soft gentle parenting is why your kids be slapping tf out of yall when they become teens.
