if that's the case then they need to pay for the non driving days to people that need their cars to get to and from work the gas , and for the transportation for them to get to where they need to go.

OK, so if you have to go to work on a day you cannot drive so you get a ticket. Most people don’t know this but everything you get arrested for you go to jail you bond out half of your money will go towards your fine your whatever the other part will go into a big kitty and when they get so much They divide between the officers. This is clearly highway robbery. That’s why the cops are so corrupt.
