I think adulting is about allowing yourself to make mistakes, dont hate yourself for the mistakes you had done. The world is already cruel enough to live, if you hate yourself then whats make you differ from the others. Cliche but do love yourself, dont hate yourself too much bcs you alr hurting so much, so you dont have to do it too:)to yourself:)
