Also, at brown, we have a multi day “captain command course” identifying each new captain’s personality traits and how that will impact our leadership and ability to listen. We identify our favorite past captains talking about how they lead, go over past incidents. It was three 8 hour days, off property, just to be become better leaders and listeners. “Outliers” addressed this. Companies asked US airlines for help. We got this. Not new science. Fun show though

I feel like his content targets N&O training more than AQP training too. AQP really has addressed so many of air crew related issues

Yup. Nathan says “they” don’t train it. He paid for a type rating. They don’t train CRM just to get a type rating. Get to an airline. That’s where you get trained to be a crew and get CRM training and scenarios.

100%, that guy isn’t part of the industry, has never gone through a legit 121 training program, yet has spewed lots of incorrect information and sadly people are believing it because of his “status”.
