Omg, this is so true, I don't work from home, but today for example I had a client who, due to fraud, I had to provide remote first aid support. I handle things how I see fit now, and when they say I did something wrong I respond, I ask for help on mon7/12 at 5:30pm with no response for the rest of my shift! So we will both take this as a learning opportunity to please resolve at a timely manner so we can both do the job correctly thanks 🥰

God I hated that so bad. but we have to be on these special teams, and have weekly meetings, and do one on one nit-picking over phrasings, but when it comes down to needing them for stuff like that their nowhere to be found!!
