ok, here my take on Byler and Mileven: I can see Byler happening, and I DO want my boy Will to FINNALY STOP SUFFERING!😭, but, honestly, i feel like, if it happened, it'd ruin the plot. I mean, at least for now, Mike sees Will as a friend and he hasn't came to terms w his (obvious) bisexuality, so Byler doesn't, really, make sense, at least for now. but, also, I don't feel like El and Mike should be a proper couple as well. El is definitely NOT ready for smth like this, since she has to learn leaving her own life and loving herself first, before being with someone else. ofc Mike and El love each other, but they shouldn't be together, at least for now. so, imo, s5 should end w the three of them single and with a note that, maybe one day, Mileven (or even Byler) could become canon. (ofc, that presupposes that none of them d!es in s5)
