This is the first time I wholeheartedly disagree with you man. Bryan (#1) is vegan by choice. I’ve never heard him bash on meat. Also he is definitely not against the sun and the isolation part is truly false. He talks quite a bit about the importance of human connection for longevity. Let’s just bash on the people who want us to be sick. We can debate those who have different health opinions and move towards truth... All love. Just feel the need to defend him here. Like I do for you in many settings.
