i had a very op run on day1 and we tried to do the castle boss, we succedeed, but we had the level plague and the zone was on us, long story short, we ended up dying to the night 1 boss at level 1

If the castle has crucible knights, your run is showing good signs. Trolls or golems and its not worth doing unless its just the sewer and tower boss. banished knights are good but not as good as crucible

Didnt get hip to how important the castle was until like 2-3 days ago. Found millicent’s prosthesis talisman and rivers of blood on day one and we didnt even clear the whole place. We absolutely crushed that run for the split mouth dragon nightlord (blanking on his name)
