The alarm didnt have a cell backup? Someone turned the alarm off which would of alerted the owner to what code was used. Something is fishy.

I’d bet it’s a construction crew that’s familiar with the layout of the building. They’ve probably did some work in the office spaces in the businesses in that complex.
