Yeah I tried again and again. When I close the applicator, exactly as you instructed, it ALWAYS just stays on the applicator. I have tried 40,000 times. Very very frustrating

I’ve gotten mine on but they’re uncomfortable. Idk if it’s the wrong style or what. Mine is midnight black with the old case. Not sure if they’ve improved or if they’re all like this.
