@jennifer.chaney: Y’all. You will NOT easily get jacked if you start lifting heavy weights over 40. I workout 6 days a week for about 2 hours including a walk. Let me tell you it’s HARD to add a lot of muscle. I’m struggling to add the tiniest bit. My healthy aging non-negotiables: ✅ Get in the gym. ✅ Sort out your nutrition. ✅ Drink the water. ✅ Take long walks. ✅ Prioritize sleep. That’s it. Anything else is sparkly bonus dust. P.S.
