Then, transfer everything to a bowl, sift in the flour, add the rum and any remaining flour, and mix until smooth. Roll two balls and slightly flatten them on a baking tray lined with a silicone mat. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes at 180°C (356°F). The balls should spread out and their surface should be covered with bubbles. Immediately roll these circles into tubes so they don’t harden. For the filling, combine all the ingredients and blend with a mixer. Then transfer the filling to a pastry bag and refrigerate for stabilization.
