I just got off the phone with Msc customer service because I found bed bugs in my suitcases and the lady on the phone told me she can’t do anything about it because there was no past complaints. Not check the room nothing. I had a very fun time until I’ve seen all my luggage and blankets we brought had bed bugs!

The worst thing is that due to a one-day difference, no one dared to help me, zero humanity, super dry and arrogant emails.
