1945 to 1973 was the most relatively prosperous. a time you could dramatically increase your financial standing from birth to death. but I feel the next wave will be 2027 to 2045, where we'll see a dramatic deflationary pressure coupled with technological innovation. bonus: unlike the previous boom, it will be beneficial to more than just white males. beyond 2045 we won't even be humans so that's hard to tell

The most prosperous time in human history is right now, by almost every measurable standard. Global life expectancy is higher than ever. Fewer people live in extreme poverty. More children go to school, more people have access to clean water, electricity, and medical care. Technology puts tools in our hands that were science fiction a generation ago. But prosperity isn’t just material, it’s also potential. Never before have so many people had the ability to learn, create, and connect from anywhere. It’s not perfect, but it’s unprecedented. And that counts.

Yea, this time period 2004-2020ish has to be by farrrr the most prosperous time in history. The issue is social media has made us so much more aware of global and local conflicts that we’d otherwise be able to operate in blissful ignorance of in other times
