@thechuckiedrain: The Only Exercises You Need- This video pretty much covers every exercise you should do to maximize gains in the gym. Again- this is just for practicality as it doesn’t include many isolation exercises or super niche movements. Just general patterns to follow to target most of the muscles in your body. The key with any of this is finding what you like and what you believe works for you. That’s why I regard to most of these as patterns or movements- ex: a squat can be performed with a barbell, a smith machine, a hacksquat, or a pendulum squat. In fact- there’s probably many more. However- including one of these in your split is good. *I know I didn’t cover calves or any trap isolations- I don’t record calf raises and I rarely isolate my traps due to them being hit in upper back movements* Otherwise- if you have any questions let me know. I hope this helps most of you understand the basic principles when it comes to building a solid physique. You could be well off doing whatever you want volume wise- but whenever I target a muscle group these are usually the things I do. It’s not the most optimal approach or super scientific- but I enjoy my training and I think that’s what keeps me consistent. There’s nothing wrong with optimizing a workout- just be sure it works for you. That’s all.

I use the EZ bar so my wrist is positioned half way between a bicep curl and a hammer curl on the bar. Does that workout kill 2 birds with one stone or should I do both bicep and hammer curls separately?
