So, I would say move up the first rare hunter. While I believe in use of proxies, they arnt allowed without judge consent in official tournaments. But lets assume you say battle city wasn't an official tournament, which...fair. ill agree with you. In the dub (not sure of original) he still used contact lenses to know what he would be drawing. and that is cheating. agree with everyone else.

shouldn't Yugi and Atem be higher tho? cause doesn't the millennium puzzle let you be able to draw the card that you need at that moment? we'll at least for Atem since Yugi was a bit more honest when dueling.

yugi needs to be so much higher, cause the heart of the cards is straight up luck manipulation, it's not just the right card at the right time, his entire series is him cheating, including his what 20 monster card draw? him going I need this exact card, focus on that exact card and oh there it is every single time isn't just chance.

The millennium puzzles power is literally stacking Yugi’s deck. It has a mystical ability to put exactly what he needs as his next draw, that’s what ‘the heart of the cards’ is. There should be a special tier for Yugi/Atem. Yugi is a great duelist even without the millennium puzzles help but man it’s kinda funny thinking about how basically every duel he’s cheating

Zexal is good also do you count willing cards into existence as cheating? also heart of the cards isn't real. the ability of the puzzle is to manipulate luck, so he always would get the right card on top.

Yuma transformed the known last card in his deck so he wouldn't lose. otherwise his shining draw was the same as yusei drawing majestic dragon with the crimson dragon's power
