so yeah you can trademark your image and content and file for a patent on your voiceart and if your used after that point you can file a claim in civil courts.

I can't stand people who steal other people's content!! Talk about being a thief AND have no ideas for your own content! I'm so sorry Mell. You can report their page as pretending to be you and that's if TikTok will do anything. Someone was posting my profile and harassing me and still TikTok did NOTHING! But something as simple as "❤️" gets reported for "violating community guidelines"

I turn off my downloads (I can still download my own videos) and if you add an audio and bring it all the way down to 0 it will show THAT as the audio but you’ll hear YOUR audio and no one can take the vid or audio
