Ok… since it’s going to take 5 more decades to do anything with this info… what are we doing in the meantime? Talking to our doctors about varying dosage levels with cycles? Despite this info being V OBVIOUS… I hadn’t thought about trying to do anything about it. lol

Welp. Wasn’t diagnosed until full menopause, and yet I SWEAR that for about a week plus every month my stimulant meds just don’t work. I’m on HRT for Pete’s sake. I take the same same on the daily and NOT MENSING. How does this work? Ugh.

My cycle is a nightmare (very likely PMDD), and I’ve learned so much more from neurodivergent TikTok than I ever have from a doctor. I don’t know what I’d do without the advice and info I’ve learned from people here.

There’s those of us who were mostly able to mask until we had a child or perimenopause, then everything fell apart and it’s almost impossible to mask and it feels like everything is 🔥
