I can’t even believe I’m saying this either because I am not a cottage cheese fan.  📝While the flatbread was cooking, I chopped up some lettuce, provolone cheese, pepperoni, ham, salami and tomato. While it’s baking, mix together the filling ingredients.  6. Let the flatbread cool for a few minutes before removing from the parchment paper.  7. Add the filling to half of the flatbread and then roll it up & cut in half.  Enjoy!!  *Nutrition is for the flatbread only.
