To be honest, the Nando’s seasoning was not a game changer any Portuguese or peri-peri season will do. Although it does contain an array of spices required for a peri-peri chicken and it is at a great price point.  Creamy Nando’s Style Chicken  Ingredients: For the Chicken Marinade: 	•	4 chicken legs 	•	1 tsp Nando’s seasoning (or any peri-peri spice mix) adjust salt to taste 	•	1 tsp ground ginger 	•	1 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to your spice preference) 	•	2 tbsp lemon juice 	•	1 tbsp honey 	•	1 tbsp vinegar  	•	1 tbsp olive oil For the Sauce: 	•	1 tbsp butter 	•	1/4 of a small onion, finely chopped 	•	1-2 fresh chilies, chopped (optional, adjust heat level to preference) 	•	2-3 garlic cloves, minced 	•	5-6 tbsp Nando’s sauce (Mild or your preferred heat level) 	•	2 tbsp fresh cream Instructions: In a bowl, combine the Nando’s seasoning, ground ginger, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, honey, vinegar, and olive oil. Whisk well to combine.Coat the chicken legs in the marinade, ensuring they are well covered. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes to an hour, or preferably overnight in the fridge for maximum flavor. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
