Thx man... I was wondering why I'm still affected by the betrayal of those two... I put all my trust in them and they made me a people pleaser despite I said no, pointing out everything about me and looked into my phone to see my personal stuff despite I gave them to look for their socials and got on my nerves every day and using my personal stuff as a weapon to get on my nerves every day. absolutely. i recovered from a HORRIBLE state of depression ive been in since 6th grade. i started to heal myself in 2024 after my 3rd psych ward stay, and it took me until early 2025 to finally say i'm healed. i was depressed for 6 years. now im free. it was painful, and i always had a thought in the back of my head that i should give up and keep suffering. but thank god i never really listened to that. and because i kept fighting on, i truly know what mental freedom is like.
