It’s not hard. Remove sugar and carbs from your diet and you will be fine, nutritionally. Nobody needs to spend money on a nutritionist unless they’re going into an extraordinary circumstance

I can totally afford a nutritionist. I declare I’m a nutritionist, and that’s all that’s needed to be one, and I can definitely afford to pay whatever I charge myself.

so we're not talking about co pays and deductables. because I have to spend $1500 and a bonus $50 per visit before insurance even tries to help! so nope can't afford it.
