Honestly I think it 100% depends. If you’re more technologically sound and need to do more extensive work or want less bloat. Yes Linux is great, but if I’m just working on editing programs, gaming, and nothing too extensive… Absolutely no reason for Linux.

linux is faster than windows (side by side comparison on gaming - fresh install on both) beamng DX11 ultra settings: 50 fps average with 60fps high (WINDOWS) linux, same settings, usually around 80-90 fps stable and 110 highs the estimation on windows bloat is ~55–65% is bloatware depending on the install.
