I’m not arguing that Nintendo isn’t anti-consumer. They are. Requiring a different type of controller and a 4k tv is kinda crazy. However, ofc a tech demo of all of the features is going to require you to own all of the features

OR, Or, fun fact, if you aren't gonna use the accessories anyway or anywhere else, then don't buy them. Why would you "have to" 100% complete a tech demo? Better yet, you don't have to buy the tech demo in the 1st place? Playstation offered theirs free and I still had no need to get it, why should you need to get this one?

it's designed to show off the capabilities of the console so of course it's going to take advantage of all the accessories available. if you don't have them then you can just skip the mini games that utilise them.

There are many valid complaints about the Nintendo switch but I don’t think it’s bad for the tech demo game to have mini games specifically for some of the accessories, I think it’s worse that it cost money in the first place

if it’s a tech demo, then it’s to show off the tech you have. the base game should be free for sure, but it’s not like the game is meant for anything other than showing you features
