I gave chat my resume and then told it to adapt that resume to every job I applied to without outright lying. I told it to assume that another AI would be checking the resume it made so be sure to include any key words, phrases, or metrics that would guarantee me a callback.

make sure you have your own content do not rely on AI to produce and write an entire resume for you in reality. I just use it for formatting and ATS compliance. It is helpful to add in keywords but you don’t want the résumé to be too technically driven has to be relatable to your reader

Employer here.. . Red flags. Employers using ai assistants, posts "Competitive salary", been advertising for month+. When I post, I invite the 1st few applicants immediately for 1on1 interview after looking at the CV for few seconds each then hide the job post.. So apply quick as real recruiters can't afford to waste time.

don't tailor your resume for every job. ask it to give you 100 buzzwords for your profession and copy that and add it to your resume in 2pt as the same color as the background. that alone increased my response rate by about 25-50%
