thank you. I have found higher protein to be this miracle thing for me and never realized by just upping my protein but stay in a calorie deficit shuts most of my food noise up. problem I'm having is I'm on a very tight budget and everyone pushes extremely expensive protein powders, bars, chips, artificial sweeteners, and lily chocolate chips.. all these items are not affordable for me and I was getting down about it. however, i'm determined to find cheaper and not so gimmicky food to keep me on track. I struggle to even afford the very lean meats, organic, grass fed meat as well. I have to find a compromise, but it's been hard. it's like losing weight this way is only for the middle class and up, but it has helped me lose 20 lbs so far. only been about 8 weeks. just not everyone can afford to have a limitless or very high food budget. especially right now
