The Kia doesn’t have the right to pass. The Kia would be held liable in a car accident. Tractor is following the law using appropriate flashers and triangle hazard sign. You don’t hold the right to pass and the tractors do not need to move over

Idc how much of a hurry I’m in, I’ll stay behind a tractor or farm equipment until they turn off. I’m not putting my kids, my life, or that farmers life at risk. Ontop of when I’m stuck behind one there’s some peace that comes over me and just says slow down and look around for awhile. Take everything in.
