@bigbrandoncarter: Here’s the cure for male depression: 1. Get in shape. 2. Make a bunch of money. Let’s break it down. 💪🏽Why getting in shape works: Exercise literally changes your brain chemistry. It increases the production of endorphins, natural mood boosters. On top of that, when you’re in shape, you feel more confident, your self-esteem skyrockets, and you approach life’s challenges with way more strength and energy. 💰Why you need to make money: Because most problems men face are either directly caused by a lack of money, or made worse by it. Money gives you options. It reduces stress. It buys time, freedom, and solutions. Now, some people will tell you to go to therapy, start journaling. Cool. That might help some. But ask yourself this: Do you want to talk about your problems… Or do you want to fix them? Getting in shape and stacking cash will solve most of the problems men face. It’s not a magic bullet, but it’s damn close. Build the body. Stack the money. That’s the formula.

Yes sir!! I have been living with anxiety and panic disorder for 17 years. Although I am doing better I still have setbacks. What works better than my SSRI is heavy weight training, taekwondo keeps me very leveled and chilled

Oh man... It's not the money. Money is secondary to happiness after actually beeing happy. Be grateful and know that you have a purpose in life. No amount of money will make you a man if you don't know your purpose in life.

I would say personally find what works, but the 2 main i would say is counselling, get in touch with some therapist u can connect with, and second would be medicine if needed
