I forget that a few of them know my real name and when I hear it instead of “T” or “TMac” I have to pause and get nervous for a second before I’m like “I’ve literally known these people for years. I told them my name” but for some reason my brain goes “no one online should know your name” so when it happens I panic

Half our friends use gamer tags and the other half real names. It really just depends on who is who and who is talking to/about who. We have 3-4 where they’re just interchangeable 😂 No one can pronounce my gamer tag (tt name) so I just have them call me my IRL name anyway.
