2 lil bagels: around 450 kcal; fresh fruit: 50kcal; 5 gr of jam: 10 kcal; 1 egg: around 130 kcal; 1 pack tuna: around 100 kcal; 20g light mayo: 50 kcal; 70g pasta: 240 kcal; onion and carrots: around 50 kcal; meat + tomato sauce: around 50 kcal. TOT FOR THE DAY: 1130 kcal. For a girl around 18-20years, around 110pound, height i’d say 5.9, the maintenance calorie intake would be 1600-1700kcal. With a calorie deficit of 600 kcal she is gonna lose 1 pound per week. This is science not opinions. Hope this helps
