You’ve easily become my favorite fitness creator because you approach exercise like an Occupational Therapist - you offer real applications for certain exercises (I.e. ‘this will help if you struggle to stand up after sitting on the floor’) AND valuable alternatives to the base exercise. It pmo so much when coaches hear “I struggle to change from sitting to standing” and assume you can magically do a full body weight squat without assistance or accommodation.

this is great! my mom's been dealing with a medical problem that's kept her almost entirely off her feet since February, we're hoping it will be resolved soon, but we're a bit concerned about her regaining the strength in her one leg in particular that's been the issue.
