the way Booth starts down bad for Bones in a case that happens before the pilot, that the audience doenst find out about for years, and *he doesnt even know it*. Bones sets the standard for slow burns

I loved Bones but it was definitely wild to see Brennans social regression from pilot on to later seasons. Like she becomes more socially awkward and socially unaware as the seasons go on

i like that booth kind of felt like an accessory to bones, in so many shows it's the male lead and the woman feels like an accessory, in bones the show is about brennan and booth feels like the extension in comparison. Not that he's not great but i feel like anyone could be booth but brennan is just brennan it makes me happy

I love that is was character driven & had an ending. So many crime shows just want the check so they & keep going & run out of plot. Bones had an end goal in mind.
