@zoomvzn: Y’all are making a big deal about the upper chest like it even makes up a significant portion of the chest. This is a great movement that will indeed grow your upper chest. Yeah having your elbows tighter will give you a higher degree of adduction to bias the upper pecs but it’s being blown out of proportion
People want to make every excuse to not do hard movements

Well I think people miss understand what most influencers are saying, they are simply saying it doesn’t just hit upper chest, but then again if you truly believed that then you should take a biomechanics course
