Shaq I know society says men don't cry but let's be real men need to decompress just as much as their female counterparts if you were not supposed yo have feel and express emotions then God would not have granted you the ability to do so. please take care of yourself as you care for others and allow them to care for you also. this does not make you soft but indeed stronger than most #superman
