According to a former police/ice raid member, the thing raiders are most worried about is: water balloons filled with black paint, oil and a bit of sand. It can cover drivers windshields, goggles and oil is 🎇from a spark. It’s non lethal and not considered a weapon. Just a tip I’ve read in a comment somewhere…

Horses are fight or flight animals. If he was scared he would be reacting way worse by trying to run away. And these police horses go through extensive training to prepare for these types of situations. I promise you this horse is okay and just reacting to the noise being made. Only horse people know this

This horse should NOT be working in this setting or for them at all. It still needs training and desensitization. This is extremely dangerous for both parties. I don’t give af about what happens to LAPD. Just saying for general knowledge. One slight move, touch, or something could set that horse off and it could start running trampling people leading to injuries. It’s a big animal.
