I'm having the exact same kid issue and they run so heavily things rattle and I can feel it. I have no idea how to talk to them where I don't sound like I'm saying "Hey I need your kid to stop being a kid."

I had a roommate who was very loud. One time there were construction workers working on a porch on the first floor. They applauded her and her boyfriend afterwards.

I was in such situation too. Two disabled kids who are nonverbal were howling at night and moving in their wheelchairs EVERY. HOUR. WHOLE. NIGHT. Kept with this shit for a month, got the police involved, nothing changed. Moved out. Now have severe insomnia issues.

Had a similar issue before, ended up being a problem with the floor rather than the bed so there wasn't a solution. Apartments are the worst. I rent a house now, worth the price for PEACE.
