By far one of the worst workouts I’ve had… I definitely feel like some days I’m RUSHING through my workouts because I always feel like someone needs me. (fair statement) • Being a busy wife/mom/self employed online coach with a 1st responder hubbie, 2 babies under 2, & catering to all my clients to the best of my ability truly makes me realize that I indeed do need time for myself (not talking about showering by myself😅). • I need time for ME. I don’t need to rush. I need to be more present. I need to make time for me. Failing to make time for myself will set me up for failure in catering my house, work, chores, etc. Take time for yourself & enjoy the moment. Don’t rush (unless you absolutely need to). • Take a nap, go on a outing, spend some quiet time, pray, workout, go on a walk, literally do anything you possibly can for yourself!
