But I love my high histamine foods! I wanted to die from boredom & depression from boring foods when I tried the low histamine diet… my AuDHD couldn’t handle not having my comfort foods… sooooo I guess I’ll just deal with my body trying to kill itself to keep my brain happy??? 🤷🏼♀️

PCOS and I’ve noticed hormones have affected my body in soooooooo many ways. I’ve recently had some major issues with my health and we are exploring MCAS and POTS currently. I was even recently treated for SIBO.

Figured out I was hyper mobile (also have pmdd and high histamine) fixing posture, lymphatic drainage and stretching fascia muscles was a GAME CHANGER. totally regulated my system. Highly look into fascia muscles and stretching them and getting them in the right position.

Would be interesting to know how many of us experienced physical and emotional abuse as children
My EDS/MCAS/POTS daughter is SO MUCH better now she’s receiving low dose progesterone to balance her estrogen. It’s been life changing

Makes more sense now why endometriosis is also more common in individuals with hypermobility. Endo is commonly associated with estrogen dominance.

Weird question anyone else find they never get fevers though? I rarely get fevers even when I’m so sick, and on the rare occasion I do it’s like 105 😬

Hi. With no confrontational tone intended, regarding your comment about the three being linked and proven, can you tell me the name/title of the study/studies and who published it/them and when? I noticed you said "we now know..." or something to that effect. :) I would LOVE to read these!

For those that have adhd ( a cormorbidity) - REALLY low histamine diets will not be good for our brains as dopamine requires histamine to function. Please take the advice with a grain of salt. Great video though ! Thank you !
