Trump offered Nancy to have the guard on stand by. As speaker of the house Nancy was responsible for the security and she refused to have the guard. She has admitted this and admitted she made the mistake.

I don't understand the issue with Jan 6th tbh. They had an issue with the govt so they took it to the govt instead of razing their own cities, and the issue they had was rightfully founded with the info we now have, that being 7mil missing votes that were never seen prior to that election and also not seen for the following election and then after that they admitted to altering election results.

They refuse to be peaceful. Which is weird because peaceful protests with that number of people work really well. Almost all our major peaceful movements have resulting in major changes. Their goal doesn't seem to be to change the system, but to revolt against it.

Quite a few of them listen to Hasan Piker. A man who literally on live said that America deserved 9/11. He also supports violence anytime it’s against Jews or Americans. And supports what he calls ”freedom fighters” in the Middle East.

for the sake of argument, the insurrection was against the government and carried out in that manner. these riots are against the entire party they oppose and against the property or persons of that party, not limited to government. it’s by definition domestic terrorism in both cases, the difference is in who it’s supposed to strike fear in

I've been saying this for years. if he had brought the national guard on the 6th the media would have painted it with this headline "Trump stages armed coup" and we all know how easily manipulated people are. it would have started another civil war

When they say they tried peaceful solutions would they mean is they made demands and gave orders. In their mind if they do not get exactly what they want without violence, then a peaceful solution has failed and they are now entitled to violence.
