I’m going to use a supine position and the doctor going to use a blade lol. I had an emergency c-section and I have enough trauma from that to not attempt a vbac with my next delivery 😅

Kneeling was my delivery position with my son! Using the back of the bed as support was so useful.

I has sooooo much help getting my induction moving with deep squat on the bed and throne. we also leaned me over on hands and knees supported with the peanut ball (epidural used)
