The fact that somehow they got here is not magic, so they must have broken federal law of Title 8 USC section 1325. They didn’t just appear here randomly. We need facial recognition software on the border to catch anyone who enters and just that video and the faicial recognition software to then identify and detain and deport that individual

If you cross the border with out authorization it is a crime. Climbing the fence or going under it. If Ice raids a construction site and finds an undocumented person they you broke the law to get here. How else did you get here without breaking the law? You don’t need to prove anything to be deported. The military is in LA do quell the violent disruptive protestors.
