A 60W Light that fits in your Pocket 💡 I’m continually blown away at how rapidly the creative / professional lighting industry innovates. Sure, a compact 60W light might not be completely new, but this thing has a built in battery that, according to Sirui, will last for 45 min at 100% intensity, or roughly 2 hours and 40 min at 30%. It’s quite a bit smaller than my Amaran 60X - and that thing doesn’t even have an internal battery like this one does! The Sirui C60X also supports USB C power delivery and fast charging, which opens up tons of versatility on and off set. It’s got a 96+ CRI, so not the most color accurate thing out there, but pretty decent given the cost and size. That said, the build quality of this light DOES reflect the price - It’s $100 on sale ($120 US normally), so I wouldn’t expect insanely high quality materials, but it is worth mentioning that the plastic build feels rather cheap and the buttons do not feel nearly as robust as the ones on some other lights. Nothing too worrying (and really should not matter if you’re just leaving this on a tripod), but something to note. That said, the thin plastic does keep this light very lightweight. Also, heads up, the native mount is NOT a Bowens mount. There is an adapter though, but it’s sold separately. This is not a review by any stretch, but I wanted to at least put this light on your radar.
