They've been divorce for 2 years. Nta. It took a year before that for him to allow the divorce, meaning they haven't been together for 3+ years. Nta. She communicated that she wanted to take their kids to see her family. She didn't even get upset when he basically invited himself along. Nta. Why would it be her job to confirm whether his passport is valid? Or that he opens his own mail? After THREE years, no less.
