This idea isn't bad, but it would be better if one for all didn't go away, It's just the other quirks that are lost, and the one for all that remains, making him how they became greatest hero, then deku became the "Symbol of Hope" or "One for all hero"

The suit is awesome, I wish that he was working with Shields and Hatsume to make the suit and that it was so powerful it took them 8 years to make a working prototype. In that time Deku was on the streets kind of like Batman dealing with low villains until the suit allows him to deal bigger threats

Why wouldn’t Horikoshi just have Deku keep OFA, to me the suit kind of cheapens the message of the series, being a hero without a quirk was about inspiring people to be their best selves, not having a high tech suit to replicate quirks
