did a little deep dive on this and so far i feel like we can rule out the BD/boyfriend/spouse (not 100% but a lot of comments are targeting the man here which logically seems resonable given stats) but i found the gofundme for her and the child and i think she just had a toll on her mental health that ultimately led to her taking her life? “Kendrea struggled with mental health issues and ultimately was overcome by the journey of life.” - Ryan Richardson (father of Kendrea). In some articles the father of the child makes a statement claiming how excited he was to see his kid and gift him something. the only thing that doesnt add up is the police came around 3 AM and the door was open.. dont know why im so intrigued by this story but its good to note any possible factors leading to death other than murder (which we know in chicago is fairly common)

I've seen a few people in here say that the husband is immediately targeted, and I am here to clarify. if someone is unalived, then law enforcement would be looking for the ones closest in contact, in this situation, the husband, then slowly go down the contact list. Same thing if a Husband died, they would go after the Wife to check if she did it, if not, continue down the list. It is not a "Oh well the man definitely did it", it is the matter of Law Enforcement checking off all of the boxes.
