dude I'm not an electrician but even u know you don't use and impact or a drill on electrical components! ( but am a controls tech. we don't over tighten and it can damage to terminal connection)

use a #1 square not a Phillips. And don't use an 18 volt impact, use a 12 and dont run it full throttle. problem solved
