Quick question, totally not trying to creep promise, but do you usually walk on like the front half of your feet when you do it? I had a few super bleh things happen when I was young so I essentially only ever touch the ground "heel - toe" when I've got some place to be, curious if it's because I may be on the spectrum seeing as it doesn't take much negativity to make me change some basic function of mine to make existing smoother.
