In large bowl, mix together oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. 2. Add in the eggs, almond milk, and maple syrup. 3. Mix until well combined. 4. Mix in the blueberries. 5. Fill a greased muffin tin until each cup all the way full. 6. Bake in 350F oven for 27 minutes. 7. Allow to cool completely before storing.
