I lost my best friend who was both and on top of it doing drugs which only intensified everything. Proud of all of you who make it through everyday and work on yourselves. It’s not easy. It’s a mountain. 👏

I was told by my psychiatrist you can't have both! 😳 BP trumps any BPD diagnosis but that didn't sound right to me

I had so much hope for lithium but it didn't do single thing for me.. none of the mood stabilizers did anything positive thing for me- I only ever experienced the negative side effects. I think I am misdiagnosed bipolar.

At 18 I befriended a person. After 40 years of life I’ve determined they have ASPD. I diagnosed him myself. My life was hell. Like it messed me up pretty bad. It’s so complex I can’t tell anyone what happened to me so I keep it to my self. My heart goes out to friends of people with mental disorders
