@georginaelizat: Baked peaches and vanilla bean ice cream I make this over and over and never get bored of it. One to make if you want a quick, easy, DELISH dessert serves 2 2 peaches, halved 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 tbsp soft light brown sugar 2 tbsp melted butter - 100g / 1/3 cup condensed milk 300ml double cream 1 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste Instructions If you want to home make some no-churn ice cream: whisk your cream, condensed milk and 1 tsp vanilla paste together until soft peaks. Spoon into a freezable bowl and put into the freezer for at least 5 hours or overnight. Alternatively just buy some good quality vanilla bean ice cream!
Pre-heat your oven to 175C/ 350F. Half your peaches and place flesh side up in a baking tray. In a bowl, mix your butter, maple syrup, sugar, cinnamon and 1/2 tsp vanilla paste. Spoon into the middle of the peaches and any excess around the edges of the peaches. Bake for 30 minutes.
